I kinda want to do the opposite with that TARDIS thing. Make a large room that looks like a police box from the outside. Not exactly sure how to do that. Maybe have the TARDIS door flush with the outside of the room and use 3D displays to create the illusion of a police box parked in front of a building?
And 2013 is also the first year since 1432 to consist of 4 consecutive numerals. The next is 2031.
One of my projects that I tinker with from time to time is a Sketchup model I want to use to design a forced perspective illusion — a TARDIS that looks like it contains a full room when viewed from a specific vantage point. I think this guy’s strategy involves way less hair pulling than what I have in mind. Clever!
