I love Halloween. I love the costumes that clearly took months of planning and crafting to create. I love the ones that are clearly a creative exercise in thrift store scrounging and last minute closet diving. I love it so much I’m gonna make a second AI about it.
Did you dress up for Halloween? What did you dress as? What were the best costumes you saw this year?
Me? I dressed as the 10th doctor.
The ART Inquisition (or AI) is a question posed to you, the Mad Art Lab community. Look for it to appear Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3pm ET.
(http://skeletaldropkick.tumblr.com/)This is the closest I get to a costume these days. But ny kids are ninjas and their schools have some great costumes. Queen of Hearts, cats, bees and of course, mini santa. I missed my kids being able to dress up at school!
Is 10th doctor a Dr. Who thing? I think I may have to watch that show sometime…
Yes. It is a Dr. Who thing. Yes you should watch that show.
Ninja children are awesome… partly because ninjas are silent.
My 6yo & I went as Kid & Adult Link from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150516935768356&l=50a3f43848
We saw a pretty decent Lego kid – something my older son has wanted, but I haven’t been ambitious enough to try yet (the head intimidates me).
Nice Doctor!
That is a pretty sweet costume set @Maggielou42. I am impressed.
The best costume I saw on a kid was an oven with the baking light on showing the human parts baking inside. Yes. A kid in my neighborhood dressed as an oven.
Our family went as the 10th Doctor, Rose (that was me), and the TARDIS, with a homemade dalek for a treat bucket.
Enjoy. https://plus.google.com/photos/107896212393071400613/albums/5670030417881427905
OH MY GODS! That makes me so happy! Best doctor ever!
