Random Acts of Art: 2.28 Dam it!

It’s the end of February so I thought I would slip in one last random act of art for the month.

A lot of little annoying things have been happening in my world this month. I have seen some people I used to call friends, acting out in ways that have caused me to be very disappointed in them. It’s sad to see, but I know I can’t control the actions of others. I figure, in these situations, it’s best to just keep working and to do my best to focus on the good things in life and the things I can control. I know it’s difficult sometimes but setting a good example by being a good person and continuing to do good work regardless of what people say about you is ultimately for the best. I know, rumors will still be spread, but at least I can sleep at night knowing I am trying to do my best with what I have.

Speaking of sleeping at night, before bed last night I was thinking of the people who have done me wrong lately. At first I started to feel a bit melancholy, but then I drew some beavers.

A lot of really wonderful things have happened this month too. See you next year February, and hang in there kids, spring is just around the corner.
