• I like to think next link as the evil side of crafting. More commonly known as, teh-stupid-it-burns. This link takes you to a website that sells magical protection objects. No really, that piece of what looks like shark-poo with googly eyes glued on it googly poois, and I quote: “highly charged with a focus on opening up your paths and roads” to help you….wait for it….wait for it… you guessed it… to help you “see more!” All this BS for a mere $275! Man, I couldn’t make this crap up!

•To make you feel better about the world, here is possibly the most fun thing ever. Technology and interactive music FTW! Well go on, click on it!

•And if that last link doesn’t balance out the anti-science-crap-crafting trauma, this will. Did you know that you can pet baby dinosaurs at The Natural History Museum in Los Angeles? It’s true and it’s even better in person!

  1. I have seriously been undervaluing my dog’s poop! Here I’ve just been giving it away to my local trash collector, I need to go get some googly eyes and, of course, lose my conscious.

The interactive music application can also be had on the iphone in the form of a free app called beatwave, I was introduced to it at a clients house while discussing their son’s barmitzvah, the son who, while I was there, referred to god and religion along the lines of being imaginary, inside I laughed, but while I was there I had to be professional and aloof. I had fun Djing for that family. But yeah, beatwave, you can have 4 arrangements going at once with different tones, and even save what you come up with.

  2. what looks like shark-poo with googly eyes glued on it

Actually, I’m pretty sure that’s the cartoon version of a baby Shoggoth. Is this a prop from that failed Saturday morning TV show, “Li’l Old Ones”?

  3. Idea: I will cover every square inch of my body with googly eyes. This way, all of my body will be able to ‘see’ what the future holds and avoid disease and disaster.
However, I feel that if I walk around town like this, I will be burned at the stake.
The googly eyes! They do nothing!

  4. That is an awesome toy….I mean website! I downloaded the app onto my iPhone as soon as I stopped playing with it online! @Brian, I should be able to sew them on my clothing and get the same ‘magical’ effect!!
