This is what I'm doing and I just used a similar image to make new business cards. I was making tiles until the kiln ate them. I will start from scratch again on those later tonight. Oh process… it's good that I love you.

This piece is a couple of years old now, but was recently 'added to the internet', so it was handy.
Carved and dyed vegetable tanned leather (this pattern, however, is not mine).
I am excited to see all the cool new things that will spring out of this new feature!

Beard of Odin, this is SO MUCH AWESOME! I usually get to see what the contributors are up to, but it's rare I get a look at what other commenters do — more posts, please! Nothing proper on the drawing table at the mo, but here's some sketches done up this week after reading an article on the latest fossil evidence for dinosaur colours (iridescence in Microraptor feathers, this time). I really don't know a damn thing about dino anatomy, but hopefully 'bird with lizard head' isn't too far off.

I'm finishing up my BFA in Studio Arts with a concentration in Drawing. Looking to get my MFA in Painting. I love ball point pens, watercolor, and oil paint. My tumblr has several of my pieces. But I thought these would be of particular interest. These are pieces from my Star Stuff series (and they just got finished last week.) They're watercolor, ball point pen & ink.

I enjoy making them, and they give me a creative outlet I didn't know I had. As an added bonus I've been able to successfully sell them, which makes me furiously happy.
