Tim Vortex: The Last Spacemaster

As I mentioned in my previous post, there is a new Death By Puppets series. We are, not surprisingly fans of Doctor Who. But, just because we love something doesn’t mean we won’t take great pleasure in spoofing its tropes, and highlighting some of its flaws. As such, it was only obvious that we would create a “totally not a TARDIS” set and re-costume a Han and Leia puppet made for a live show into Tim and Mary Sue who go on adventures in time and space.

I think these are some of the best puppets I’ve made, and some of the best puppeteering we’ve ever done, so I’m really pleased to share these with you. Yes, I still see all the flaws, but for now I can see past them and be happy with the results.

The first episode went live a few days ago, but in case you’re not subscribed to our youtube, or following us on tumblr/twitter/facebook (hint, hint):

I wouldn’t go with that guy, with his spacecraft. I’d think he was insane! That and he’s a puppet. šŸ˜‰

    The thing about Tim…
Well, let’s just say, not everybody can graduate top of the class from Spacemaster Academy.
