Rainbow Unicorn Gun

So, I needed a rainbow unicorn gun. Because, dude! Rainbow Unicorn Gun! Right? Turns out Amazon doesn’t carry any. Typical. So, I built one…

Turns out most of what I needed was available at the local party supply store: a unicorn pinata, a confetti popper and rainbow glitter confetti.

And, yeah, I’m pretty sure “confettis” on the package is a double plural.

I modified the confetti popper (it’s basically a spring-loaded confetti launcher) into a muzzle-loading confetti pistol. To use, you pull back on the T handle and notch the cord in place. Then pack confetti and tissue paper into the barrel. To fire, you flip the cord out of the notch with your thumb and hope the T handle doesn’t crack you on the knuckle, which it invariably does.

I also had to modify the pinata a bit.

And now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle unicorn!
