Geek Girl Con is this Weekend

If you are anywhere near Seattle this weekend (August 11-12) it’s time to get yourself a ticket to Geek Girl Con!

I will be moderating a panel called, Art as Business Online with some very creative ladies including Mad Art Lab’s very own rainbow unicorn tamer, the fabulous Cloe!

And I will be on two other panels with some very popular ladies of atheism, feminism and skepticism. What ladies you ask? Panelists include Rebecca Watson, Amanda Marcotte, Jen McCreight, Skepchick contributor Heina, Desiree Schell and more!

More info after the jump!

Panels I will be on:

Art as Business Online at 1:30 Saturday in Room 205

Misogyny Online at 4:30pm Saturday in Room 205

Women and Skepticism at 3:30pm Sunday in Room 303

I will also have a Surly-Ramics table in the vendor room so stop by and say hi if you can. I went to Geek Girl Con last year and it was a wonderful experience with a lot of very kind and intelligent people. I had a great time and I am really looking forward to participating again this year.

More info such as location and times and tickets can be on the Geek Girl Con website.

See you soon Seattle!
