Flight of the Navigator…performed!

So I’ve decided, all on my own, with much prodding from my fellow contributors, and under threat of being fired from the site, completely of my own volition, to start recording my poems. This is the first of many, being such, please forgive the stumble, and the ending, they will be better performed and edited from here on out. I am performing Flight of the Navigator which I posted Mothers Day weekend, I’ll be going through the other posts and performing them as well. Enjoy!

Victor

Trained in the ways of critical thinking and skepticism at a young age by his mother, Victor then learned the ways of atheism during ten years of catholic schooling. He has been a Dj since 1996. a performance poet since 1999, a cheesecake baker and entrepreneur since 2003, and a race car driver since he figured out which pedal was the accelerator, which pedal was the brake and which pedal was the clutch, there is a rumor that there is a video of him doing these four pursuits at the same time...but it is as of yet unsubstantiated. He is also an avid Formula 1 fan, and would like to add: Go Lewis.

  1. Thanks for performing this! It makes such a difference to hear poetry rather than read it. When I read it I find it difficult to find the flow and thus it does very little for me. But hearing it makes a world of difference.
As a side note: you need a better mic : )

  2. Thanks, I agree it is easier to hear it and that I need a better way to record audio, or a better situation to record in so the sound doesn’t have so many places to go, as you can see, I’m recording in the hallway, it’s the smallest useable space in my house. It’ll improve as I figure out what works best.
