Coal in the Water

On Thursday, Trump signed a bill allowing coal companies to dump waste from coal mines into streams. This is an illustration of how I feel about it.

I don’t understand how some people can care so little about the environment, that we live in, that we need in order to survive.

Poisoning the water and killing what lives in it is analogous to what this administration is doing to its people and to our democracy. Only the truly selfish are willing to destroy so much in the long term, for such a small short term payoff.

Would you rather we ran out of coal mines or fresh water?

Resist.
