Mad Group Art: May 7

Today’s Mad Pic Lab word is Lemon.

Elyse is busy getting surgery to become immortal, so I’m helping out with the group art project today and tomorrow. I feel that today’s word is especially apt, given Elyse’s unforgettable entrance to the Lab, for a day when we will all be keeping her in our thoughts. When life gives you lemons, take a photo and tag it #MadPicLab!

Yesterday’s word, “bristles,” conjured up many images of cats and brushes, among other things. Here are some of our favorites:

  1. Life did not hand me lemons to make lemonade or art, but it did hand me “Lemon Drops” (luckily, my husband just happened to buy some the other day). I enlisted my 9 and 7 year old to help me in this photo. Here it is, my submission for “Lemon”: “Lemon Drops Dropping”!/GiGiChickee/status/199578270042296321/photo/1

  2. Another knockout! I love the hands catching the lemon drops.

  3. Thanks so much, Anne! :)
